Thinking about buying a home? UT-TSU Extension Cumberland County is proud to offer THDA Homebuyer Education classes designed to help participants prepare for the homebuying process. These classes cover topics such as budgeting, credit, mortgages, closing costs, and maintaining a home. Participants who complete the course may meet educational requirements for certain Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) loan programs and down payment assistance opportunities.
