🚶 Walk Across Tennessee – A team-based walking challenge that encourages friendly competition while tracking miles to “walk across” the state. Great for motivation and accountability!

👟 Walk With Ease – Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program helps improve flexibility, balance, and strength while reducing pain. Perfect for all fitness levels!

🌿 Active Adventures – A fun and engaging way to stay active through outdoor activities, movement challenges, and community events for all ages.


Chair Yoga – Gentle Movement for Strength & Relaxation

Chair Yoga is a research-based fitness program designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance—all from the comfort of a chair! This gentle form of yoga is perfect for all fitness levels, including those with limited mobility or balance concerns.
