Join us on May 26 at 5:30 PM at the Country Store for our Cowboy Candy class! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of safe water bath canning while making sweet-and-spicy candied jalapeños. We’ll cover proper preparation, processing times, and best practices so you can confidently preserve foods at home. Participants will leave with their own jar of Cowboy Candy and the skills to recreate it in their own kitchen. The cost is $25 per person, and space is limited to ensure a quality learning experience. Whether you’re brand new to canning or looking to try something a little different, this class is a fun place to start.
