Preserve The Season, Waterbath Canning Class 1
There’s just something special about seeing jars lined up on the counter — especially when you made them yourself. 🍓
Join us on April 28 at 5:30 PM at the Country Store for the first class in our Canning Series: Water Bath Canning. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of safe water bath canning, including proper preparation, processing times, and best practices for preserving high-acid foods. Participants will make jelly and strawberry preserves while gaining the confidence and skills needed to safely preserve foods at home. The cost is $25 per person, and space is limited to ensure a quality learning experience. Whether you’re brand new to canning or looking to refresh your skills, this class is a perfect place to start.
We’d love to see you there — come ready to learn and leave with something sweet!
